Using a social media boot camp, SRD InterActive introduces a client’s management and staff to the various tools of social media and empowers them to engage in the dialog with internal and external audiences to support the company’s brand. Meeting with key executives, SRD InterActive guides clients through discovery into strategy development and campaign implementation. Using templates for Resource Assessment and Social Media Basics, SRDi clients are shown a comparison of the business objectives, the social media tools necessary to achieve those objectives, the current state of the staff representation and awareness of the requisite social media tools, and the gaps between where they are and where they need to be.
